Notes: 1) The target teaching language is the primary language which the candidate proposes to teach; an acceptable level in English is deemed to be IELTS 6.5 / CAE A / TOEFL 600 (250) or equivalent; an acceptable level in a European language is deemed to be Council of Europe C1/2 or equivalent; candidates without the requisite certification or levels may approach the Course Director for consideration on an individual basis; please note that language level may be subject to verification by a native speaker 2) an acceptable level in a European language would be Council of Europe B2 or equivalent 3) subject to verification by the Course Director 4) generally, this implies language teaching experience to adults, subject to discussion with and verification by the Course Director; 5) a minimum of 5 students is required to run the module in a given semester.
