Since our inception in September 2004, ISE DLC has provided a wide choice of flexible learning paths and a comprehensive range of support to a variety of professions.

ISE Hong Kong always places our students firmly at the centre of everything we do. In this way, we have helped hundreds of them to achieve their personal and professional aims since 2002.

We also provide a consultancy service to external organisations. This includes guidance on the support and delivery of distance learning courses.
